ABOUT THE ROLE The In Room Dining Supervisor is responsible for the execution and supervision of service to Corinthia London standards within the In Room Dining guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy their visit to Corinthia London by being actively involved in an efficient and effective In Room Dining operation. To do that you will be carrying out any reasonable task requested by the managers in order to assist with the smooth operation of the department and to ensure good teamwork. ABOUT YOU Luxury hospitality experience Food & Beverage experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality Good level of written and spoken English Flexibility to work varied hours Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Pride and attention to detail in your work Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests Knowledge and understanding of the local regulations concerning the sale of tobacco, wines and spirits. Thorough knowledge of how MICROS system works. Minimum 3 years of In Room Dining supervisory experience in a 5-star luxury property Good food knowledge Health & safety knowledge COSHH knowledge Leadership Skills ABOUT CORINTHIA Corinthia London combines contemporary flair with traditional grandeur.
