Benjamin Stevens is a well-established specialist providing professional block and estate management services across London and Essex. We manage residential developments on behalf of leaseholders and freeholders, ensuring blocks are well maintained, compliant, and professionally overseen. Our block management service covers inspections, maintenance coordination, contractor management, health & safety compliance and client communication to the highest standards. The Role As a Site Inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out regular site inspections across a portfolio of residential blocks. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, reporting issues, and liaising with the office-based block management team. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled site visits to residential blocks Identify maintenance and health & safety issues Prepare inspection reports through our site survey portal, which automatically generates detailed reports. Liaise with block managers regarding any concerns Report defects, hazards and breaches of compliance Monitor communal areas, cleanliness and contractor performance Requirements Must hold a full UK driving licence Must be willing to travel across London and Essex Well organised with good attention to detail Confident communicator, both written and verbal Previous block management or inspection experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided This position is office based Monday to Friday, 9-5 in our Edgware Office.
