Our Client Durham Council, is looking for a Children's Advanced Practitioner to join their Safeguarding Team. They work hybrid model 2 days in the office and 3 days at home (this may change to meet the needs of the service). Role Information / Duties Reduced case load Supervise and manage the family workers including allocation of work Cover for team manager when on leave etc. C&F assessments Chair core groups & Child in need meetings Write children in our care reports and plans Attend PLO meetings Write Court evidence and attend Court Work with children and families under Child in Need, CP, PLO, Court Other social work related tasks identified by your manager Requirements of this Social Worker job A social Work Qualification or equivalent. Understanding of relevant legislation. Continual professional development. Social Work England registered.
