We are seeking a Deputy Manager and Room leader. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification as well as senior experience in a nursery.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader & Deputy Manager to join our friendly nursery team. You will support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery, while leading your own room to deliver outstanding care and early years education.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire your team to deliver high‑quality care and learning opportunities.Support the Nursery Manager in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.Oversee planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.Step up in the absence of the Nursery Manager.What We’re Looking ForMinimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an early years setting.Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Minimum of 5 years of experience in an early years setting.A positive, can‑do attitude with a genuine love for working with children.Driving licence (preferred).What We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience and qualifications).Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Supportive and friendly team environment.Opportunities for career progression.Staff childcare discount & other benefits.Location & SalaryFull‑time, permanent positionLocation: GreenwichSalary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annumPlease apply with your CV and we will return to you within 3 working days. #J-18808-Ljbffr
