Firm: Capgemini InventLocations: London, Glasgow, Manchester Benefits: Competitive Functional Areas: Change ManagementIndustry: Retail About the Role As a Managing Consultant with expertise in Change Management, you will deliver complex client business transformation initiatives with an initial focus on delivering high‑impact change within Consumer Products and Retail. You will help clients successfully navigate outsourcing and wider transformation programmes by shaping and delivering change initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of key workstreams or medium‑sized, complex client business transformation initiatives; manage client contracts, budgets and resourcing profiles. Lead teams on client delivery and mentor/coach junior team members; enable capability development and growth of our team. Drive development of new Change Management offerings by leveraging existing assets and incorporating fresh insights to strengthen our approach and services. Play a role in the Programme and Change Practice, enacting and delivering on the 2026 strategy. Engage in business development activities: proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and hosting at events. Contribute to internal initiatives: campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development. Participate in learning & development: training, certifications and career development support. Profile – Essential Skills Proven experience leading global outsourcing and transformation programmes, including end‑to‑end design and delivery of employee transition strategies; skilled in managing workforce transitions across jurisdictions with compliance and risk management. Experience delivering complex, multi‑supplier transformation initiatives across various industries including Consumer Products and Retail. Expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder management and change delivery. Currently working in a major consulting firm. Commercial acumen to structure mutually beneficial deals; ability to enhance change leadership through automation, advanced tooling and tailored methodologies; proven client relationship growth. Experience with multiple delivery approaches and methodologies, particularly hybrid models combining traditional change approaches with Agile frameworks. Desirable Skills and Experience Relevant qualifications: PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile equivalents, MSP, MoP, P3O. Ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and secure support and commitment from peers in consulting solutions. Experience building propositions and leading transition from sales to delivery.
