About the Roles We have opportunities available in both classroom-based and wider school-support areas, including: Teaching & Learning Support Graduate Teaching Assistant Subject Specialist Assistant (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, etc.) SEN (Special Educational Needs) Support Assistant Behaviour Mentor / Pastoral Assistant Pathways Into Teaching Trainee Teacher (with full training and mentoring) School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) placements Paid Teacher Training routes School Operations & Professional Support Administration and Student Services Attendance Support Data & Exams Assistant IT & Digital Learning Support Cover Supervisor (leading lessons in the absence of a teacher) Who We're Looking For Passionate about working with young people Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, proactive and positive in their approach Enthusiasm for their subject or specialist area Open to developing their skills and progressing within education Prior school experience is not required – full training, guidance and ongoing support will be provided.
