**Job Summary**
We are currently looking for a HR Graduate to join our amazing HR Team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into Human Resources and Learning and Development, looking to develop their career with a company dedicated to empowering their employees.
This is a full-time position, based at Port of Dover. Providing a pro-active assistance service to the Human Resources Department, giving you real opportunity to put your learning into practice and contribute to our success story. In HR we are responsible for recruiting, developing, providing analysis for an exceptional diverse workforce.
You should display strong conflict management and decision-making skills with a good understanding of employee relations, recruitment and learning and development processes as well as being efficient in Excel.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Have passed CIPD Level 3 or relevant degree
- Be knowledgeable with Human Resources legislation
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) to an intermediate standard to communicate and present information in a variety of formats
- High attention to detail and superior standard of accuracy
- Demonstrate ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload, managing own time and working to deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Integrity - this role requires appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- This role requires an individual who is keen to develop in an evolving role
