The post-holder will gain practical and hands-on experience, supported with a structured learning programme for 2-3 years.. This role gives you real responsibility early on, contributing to the team’s success while learning the practical application of processes, tools, and techniques.

Previous experience isn’t essential, but curiosity about FMCG trends and strong relationship-building skills will help you thrive.

Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong data and analytical capability, with IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Performance & Detail:
Ability to work under pressure, deliver to agreed timescales, and maintain close attention to detail.
Education:
Degree-level qualification in one of the following areas:
