That’s the MrQ way.We’re now looking for a Head of Marketing Design to help us take this to the next level.What You Will DoCreative LeadershipLead the creative direction and visual expression of the MrQ brand across all marketing channels – brand, advertising, CRM, digital, social, and video.Translate our challenger brand platform “Get a rush, not a repeat” into distinctive, emotionally engaging creative that builds fame and memorability.Set and evolve the brand’s visual identity system, design principles, and creative guidelines.Drive creative consistency and excellence across all marketing output.AI & Creative InnovationLead the adoption of GenAI tools and creative automation (e.g. Asset Studio, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) to scale creative production and testing across image and video with the goal of being able to create broadcast and out‑of‑home quality assets.Build workflows that enhance asset velocity, creative testing, and ROI.Partner with Marketing Operations to measure and optimise creative efficiency and effectiveness.Brand GuardianshipOwn all brand assets, templates, and creative systems across the business.Ensure MrQ’s creative output embodies our challenger personality – distinctive, unexpected, and unmistakably MrQ.Oversee creative quality across internal and external teams.Team Building & LeadershipBuild and lead a multidisciplinary design team covering brand, CRM, social, digital, and AI creative production.Mentor and develop designers; foster a high‑performance, high‑creativity culture.Establish efficient processes, rituals, and feedback loops to deliver quality at speed.Collaboration & InfluenceWork closely with Brand, CRM, and Performance Marketing to develop and execute high‑performing campaigns.Partner with Product Design to create a seamless brand‑to‑product experience.Collaborate across marketing and product leadership to embed design excellence into everything we do.What We're Looking ForProven experience leading marketing or creative design teams within a digital‑first, brand‑led organisation.A strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative excellence, strategic thinking, and commercial impact.Deep expertise across brand design, campaign creative, CRM, and digital.Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools and automation workflows.Ability to inspire, challenge, and lead creative teams.A collaborative mindset and comfort working cross‑functionally.A passion for challenger brands, entertainment, and creativity that drives business growth.What Success Looks LikeMrQ becomes recognised as one of the most distinctive and creative brands in online gaming.Marketing creative drives measurable uplifts in attention, brand awareness, and conversion.AI‑led creative workflows deliver step‑change improvements in speed, quality, and efficiency.The design team is engaged, empowered, and producing outstanding work at pace.Our brand world is consistent, unmistakable, and impossible to ignore.What We OfferAt MrQ, we take pride in providing an array of fantastic benefits to our valued team members.
