Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, we also operate Willow Pumps and Filta, focusing on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. The Job We are looking for a competent and professional HGV Driver who has drainage experience OR is looking to gain drainage experience. The role suits someone who takes pride in their vehicle and will deliver a first‑class service. Duties Carry out a range of services associated with the tankers: cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of customer drains. Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise. Work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures. Maintain the branded company service vehicle and equipment to the highest standards. Accurately record work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications. Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service at all times. Commitment to working for a 24/7 and 365 service provider – may involve participation in on‑call rotables or occasional unsociable hours. The Person Experienced HGV Driver Class 2 (drainage experience preferred). Experience driving a tanker. Experience with CCTV surveys and lining an advantage. Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude. Willing to work occasional/unsociable hours. Full UK driving licence. Benefits Positive team environment and technical skill development. Competitive salary and benefits package.
