Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one‑stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing. Role Overview We are looking for a competent and professional HGV Driver who has drainage experience or is looking to gain drainage experience. The role will suit someone who takes pride in their vehicle and will provide a first‑class service for our business. Responsibilities To carry out a range of services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains To deliver an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise To ensure you work in accordance with H&S and Quality Assurance procedures To maintain your branded company service vehicle and equipment to the highest standards Accurately record work / job details via a range of bespoke internal / client systems and applications Communicate effectively with clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times Commitment to working for a 24/7 and 365 service provider – this may involve participation in on‑call rotas or occasional unsociable hours Qualifications Be an experienced HGV Driver Class 2 (drainage experience preferred) Experience driving a tanker Have experience with CCTV surveys and lining an advantage Will have a positive, flexible, can‑do attitude Want to be part of an exciting, growing and progressive business with an increasingly formidable brand presence Be willing to work occasional / unsociable hours Hold a full UK driving licence Benefits Ability to work in a positive team environment and develop your technical skills Competitive salary and benefits package Auto‑enrolment pension Van / mobile and uniform, PPE provided Structured approach to your training and development Formal Apprenticeship Courses are also available, via our certified provider ITOL Overtime at time and half midweek, double time Sundays paid door to door Basic hours 8-5 Monday – Friday plus "On call". #J-18808-Ljbffr
