OverviewJoin to apply for the Technology Senior Business Analyst role at Sanctuary.Worcester based with a balance of home and office working. 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday.Role based in Worcester with a balance of home and office working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).ResponsibilitiesEngaging your skills across our service catalogue which includes requirements elicitation, user experience design and change adoptionManaging relationships, communicating effectively, and maintaining good working relationships with customers to ensure buy-in, and to identify and remedy shortfalls in service deliveryLeading, coaching, and mentoring Business Analysts delivering BA Services or in a programme, project or product management team, planning and acting as a point of escalation for complex issues to support deliveryManage the recruitment, performance, training and development of quality people to ensure required skilled employees are available to meet the needs of the serviceSkills and experiencesAble to demonstrate possession of a degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualificationSignificant experience in undertaking business analysis within TechnologyExperience of systems implementation and optimisationProven experience in continuous service improvement i.e. Business process mapping and modellingAdvanced Microsoft 360 and Microsoft VisioSalary and hours£48,452 - £51,002 per year. 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday.Why work for Sanctuary?We provide homes and care for more than 250,000 people in England and Scotland.
