We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Optometrist to join our community-based healthcare team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality eye care services, including vision assessments, eye health checks, and referrals for specialist treatment when necessary.Main duties of the jobConduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision testsDiagnose and manage common eye conditions (e.g. glaucoma, cataracts, dry eye)Prescribe corrective lenses and provide advice on visual aidsRefer patients to ophthalmologists or other specialists when neededMaintain accurate patient records using electronic systemsEducate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment optionsAbout usFor over 20 years, Health Harmonie has partnered with the NHS to deliver high-quality, community-based care across the UK.
