Salary: £30,000 per annum About The Role Positive Behaviour Support Assistant (PBS Practitioner) What Youll Do Embed PBS principles into daily school practice to promote positive behaviour and reduce restrictive interventions. Work directly with pupils who present behaviours that challenge, supporting staff to implement effective strategies. Collect and analyse behavioural data, contribute to functional assessments, and assist in developing person‑centred PBS plans. Monitor and review interventions, attend multi‑disciplinary meetings, and provide clear reports. Support transitions for new pupils and engage with parents/carers through meetings and workshops. Deliver staff training and promote best practice across the school. What We’re Looking For Experience or knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support in an educational setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing. Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
