We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive team in Durham. You don’t need formal qualifications or classroom experience—just a genuine desire to help pupils thrive and a willingness to learn.
Through our National Teaching Assistant Programme, we’ll provide the training, guidance, and hands-on experience you need to begin your journey in education.

The ideal Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant will demonstrate:
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
A caring nature and passion for helping children and young people.
Strong teamwork skills and adaptability.
The ability to support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs.
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
