What will you be involved in? In your role as Technical Documentation Engineer, you will be part of a Team which produces and updates IPCs and related documentation for a variety of Maritime systems and equipment. Working as a part of the Cataloguing Department you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation in accordance with standards and specifications relevant to customer requirements. What are we looking for? Capability to evaluate and appraise source technical information. 2A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as good keyboard skills. Great attention to detail, methodical and high level of accuracy Ability to work as an effective team member, but also keen to work with minimal supervision Proactive nature with enthusiasm to achieve customer quality criteria. Used to working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities We are also keen to meet candidates with mechanical and electrical engineering backgrounds. Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with associated parts lists and understanding the breakdown structure of an equipment. Understanding of Client expectations & working to deadlines, confident in liaising with customers and supplier channels.
