**Technical Team Leader**

**Hours: Fulltime, permanent | Monday - Friday**
**Salary: Competitive**

Our client is looking for a Technical Team Leader to join their established team in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

**Key Responsibilities of a Technical Manager**
- Oversee and manage all technical aspects of processes.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety standards, including HACCP, BRC and local food standards authorities.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols and food safety measures.
- Collaborate with all departments to enhance production processes and food safety.
- Train staff on new technology and protocols.
- Ensure all quality management systems and document control processes are up to date.
- Handle any technical issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Corroborate all quality processes and systems comply with internal standards linking with European head office and international requirements.

**Key Skills of a Technical Manager**
- Degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in a technical management role within the dairy industry or similar chilled food sector.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and other food safety regulations.
- Experience in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
