HRIS Global Lead Mintel International Group Ltd offers an exceptional HRIS Global Lead opportunity within our dynamic global human resources team. This key leadership role leads global projects, manages a team, and drives HRIS initiatives worldwide. As the HRIS Global Lead, you will oversee HR systems direction, providing strategic leadership and technical expertise while supporting efficient, impactful HR solutions across the organization. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage a team of HRIS professionals, mentoring and ensuring efficient project delivery and system support. Act as an internal consultant to senior business stakeholders, providing expert advice on HRIS processes, reporting, and system improvements. Lead the review, testing, and implementation of HRMS upgrades, patches, and fixes, collaborating with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth application and maintain HRMS tables. Provide first‑level support for employees and managers, addressing system functionality inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Assist global HRIS users to resolve system and interface queries. Administer key HRIS functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and leave administration. Serve as a primary liaison between Mintel, third‑party vendors, and stakeholders, such as payroll administrators. Develop, maintain, and support a variety of reports and queries, assisting in creating standard reports to meet ongoing business needs. Ensure data integrity across HRIS systems by running queries and analyzing system data. Develop user procedures, documentation, and training resources to ensure end‑users are properly supported and trained. Collaborate with global SVPs of HR, regional HR leaders, and the business to identify and recommend improvements to systems and processes. Build and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decisions. What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role, with strong understanding of HRIS systems. 1–2 years of project management experience, leading cross‑functional teams. Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring HRIS professionals. Degree‑level education or equivalent experience. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues within HRIS systems. Ability to support and improve HRIS modules and understand complex functional and technical solutions. Excellent communication and engagement skills, capable of working with all levels of the organization and translating technical issues to non‑technical users.
