The Role We are looking for an HRIS Manager to join us and support our HR Systems function within the global People and Culture team. In this role, you'll be crucial in ensuring data quality and smooth day-to-day operations in our HRIS system. You'll collaborate closely with the HRIS Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless people processes and system usability across our global regions. Your focus will be on operational excellence, including data entry flows, user support, troubleshooting, and documentation, championing accurate and user-friendly systems for our People team and the wider business. You will contribute and make an impact through: Supporting day-to-day system operations, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows. Monitoring data entry flows between systems and following up on discrepancies. Responding to tickets or support requests from HR users and other business stakeholders. Assisting with user communications and knowledge base articles. Testing system changes and documenting outcomes. Supporting data quality initiatives in alignment with the HRIS Lead. Supporting configuration changes or improvements under the direction of the HRIS Lead. Collaborating with IT and technical support to troubleshoot issues. Ensuring GDPR compliance and data handling best practices. Who You Are You have a solid background in HRIS or people systems, with a deep understanding of system maintenance and data security. You're skilled in supporting HR operational employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding) and can diagnose and create effective system solutions for users and stakeholders. You're comfortable learning and navigating new systems, and you enjoy supporting others through effective training. Collaborative yet capable of independent work, you are detail-oriented, structured, and an excellent communicator across functions and global geographies. What You Bring A minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, demonstrating a full understanding of system maintenance and data security. Experience supporting HR operational employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, changes, and offboarding. The ability to diagnose and create system solutions for users and stakeholders. Comfort with learning and navigating systems, and supporting others through effective training interventions. A collaborative work style, with the ability to operate independently when needed. A detail-oriented and structured approach to your work. Clear communication skills across functions and global geographies. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are desirable but not required. This role is based in London, UK. #J-18808-Ljbffr
