HRIS Analyst LondonPermanent£34,000 – £37,000 p/a The Role We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join a boutique consultancy with a global presence specializing in strategic HR, financial and procurement consulting. Their HRIS team is growing and we need someone to support the specialists. In this role you will work as part of the team to configure, maintain, and enhance the client’s HRIS system SAP SuccessFactors. You will focus on level 1 support activities including user access and password management, troubleshooting system errors, managing the team inbox, answering or escalating queries, and supporting system enhancements. You will also create and maintain training materials and user guides and deliver training to clients in one-to-one and group settings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience and a keen interest in HRIS to join a growing team, learn from certified SuccessFactors specialists and develop your skill set. The Successful Candidate Will Have Previous experience in a similar role involving HRIS systems Experience and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors with exposure to modules such as EC, LMS, and Performance & Goals Excellent teamwork and communication skills Proficiency in MS Visio and MS Excel If you would like to find out more, please apply with an up-to-date CV.
