We’re looking for people who share our core values and are ready to join a our talented team.The RoleAs a Support Analyst, you’ll be part of our high performing Customer Success team, collaborating to provide Katchr customers with the best possible experiences of our solution. As well as working closely with the team, you’ll also be in regular contact with the customers whose solutions you’re working on to understand their issues and provide timely resolutions.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment but still enjoys the variety and problem-solving that comes with client projects.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving problems reported by Katchr customers.Communicating with customers by telephone and emailReplicating, documenting and resolving customer issuesWriting T-SQL scripts to implement and modify business rulesReconciling data between multiple source applicationsLiaising with the development team on potential product improvementsWhat we're looking for:The number of years’ experience you have is less important to us than evidence of progression, an openness to learning, and a record of delivering results.
