Location: The property is a converted Grade II‑listed mansion house situated in the affluent area of The Mount, York. It offers 44 bedrooms, a 63‑seater bistro & bar, and three private event spaces that can seat up to 30 guests. Guests can also enjoy the nearby historic attractions such as York Minster, the castle and museums, as well as boutique shops, the Shambles, the racecourse and the River Ouse. Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager – £30,000 per year, 45 hours per week, Permanent position at Hotel du Vin York. This role is part of Malmaison’s unique hospitality concept that expects a high standard of banter, knowledge and entertainment. As Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager you will be a hands‑on operator who uses your knowledge and experience to motivate, educate and inspire our guests. You will be part of a team that creates memorable experiences and also have the opportunity to progress into a full F&B Manager position.
