Responsibilities Operate the bar and restaurant hands‑on, using your knowledge and experience to motivate, educate, and inspire the team. Manage daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient service delivery. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for growth. Support internal development and progression to senior positions. Qualifications Experience running high‑end bars and/or restaurants. Meticulous, organized, and enthusiastic with a passion for excellent customer service. Strong leadership and team‑building skills. Ability to develop and grow within the organization.
