We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Enablement Coach to elevate the performance of our sales teams. This role is all about driving excellence in customer conversations — helping our reps connect, communicate, and convert more effectively. The Role As Sales Enablement Coach, you’ll be the heartbeat of our coaching culture. You’ll listen to calls, deliver actionable feedback, and run impactful training sessions that sharpen skills and boost results. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers, Enablement, and Training to ensure every rep is equipped to succeed. Key responsibilities Coach for performance: Deliver high-impact call coaching across our sales teams in line with coaching frameworks, helping reps improve objection handling, messaging, tone, and conversion. Build a culture of continuous improvement: Create feedback loops, run workshops, and embed best practices that drive consistent growth in call quality and outcomes across the UK and US Sales Teams. Partner across the business: Work closely with Sales, Sales Managers, Enablement, and Training to align coaching with strategy, and performance goals. What We Think Makes a Great Sales Enablement Coach We expect top candidates to have experience in the following areas: Experience coaching sales teams in a fast-paced environment A sharp ear for sales conversations — you know what great sounds like and how to get the best out of sales representatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you can deliver feedback that motivates and improves performance. Familiarity with call coaching tools and performance metrics A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with sales leadership and enablement A passion for helping others grow and succeed. You’ll be expected to lead from the front — listening to high volumes of calls, provide prompt feedback and engaging coaching, as well as strive to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. We’re building a world-class sales engine, and that means high standards, fast feedback, and constant iteration. You will need to build trust and positive relationships with the sales representatives as well as support other departments and make an impact on performance.
