Role Overview: As a Flexible Care Worker at Apt Care Options, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients in different settings, including Care Homes, Private Residences, and Hospitals. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  3. Experience: Previous experience in a care role is beneficial but not essential; we provide comprehensive training.

  5. Reliability: Dependable and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care.
  6. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and supporting clients with mobility.
  7. Empathy: Understanding and compassionate, with a focus on treating every client with dignity and respect.
  8. Driving License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not required for all roles.
  9. Clearance: Enhanced DBS check required (we can assist with this).
