The scope of your responsibilities will flex depending on your level but across the board youll :Design simple intuitive and human-centered experiences that solve real problems with clarity creativity and care.Prototype boldly. Great prototypes move mountains. They align leaders steer strategy and collapse years of discussion into conviction. At Stepstone we dont just build prototypes we use them to decide what the future should look like.Shape impact in partnership with Product helping define priorities owning outcomes and holding yourself accountable to team success metrics.Elevate the quality of what we ship through craft systems thinking and clear product narratives.Contribute to strategic direction connecting user insight to business goals and turning ambiguity into focus.Mentor and support peers from sharing thoughtful critique to raising standards across the org (especially at Senior levels).QualificationsWhat Were Looking ForWe know job descriptions can feel like checklists and we dont expect perfection.
