Product Designer (Figma, Jira) - London and remote - 6 months+ One of our clients in the financial sector is urgently looking for a Product Designer with strong experience using Figma and Jira. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office 2‑3 days per week. As a Product Designer, you'll combine craft expertise and leadership with deep customer and business insight to co‑create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy. Key Competencies Product Design Expertise: High skill across interaction, visual, and service design; create journey maps, blueprints, high‑fidelity designs and prototypes. Leadership: Lead design projects, delegate to junior members, mentor teammates, and mature the overall design practice. Human‑Centered Design: Navigate partner and stakeholder needs, factor in data, research insights, scalability, and technical constraints; focus on inclusive, customer‑centered solutions. Business‑Focused: Apply customer, competitor, and market insights to shape business challenges and a shared point of view. Problem‑Solving: Leverage tech, data, and emerging technologies to inform work and help your team move faster within technical limits. Collaboration: Foster partnerships across business lines, bridge gaps, and drive product strategy. Communication: Present work across levels using design frameworks, data, and research to influence strategic decisions. Qualifications Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role. At least 5 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Preferred Qualifications At least 6 years of experience in Product Design and with Figma. Experience contributing to an established design system. Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business partners. Experience leading design projects or teams. Experience working in heavily regulated, data‑heavy problem spaces.
