Learning & Development Officer

About the role We are looking for a Learning & Development Officer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of learning within our organisation. This role sits within our wider HR Department and will report directly into our HR Manager. Our Learning and Development Officer will be responsible for: Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, booking venues, and managing attendance. Maintain accurate training records and update our internal systems. Prepare training materials and resources, ensuring they are accessible and up to date. Handle trainingrelated queries from employees and managers promptly and professionally. Support onboarding programs by organising induction sessions and ensuring smooth delivery. Monitor compliance training and follow up with employees to ensure completion. Assist with reporting and analytics, providing insights on participation and effectiveness. Manage external training providers, including liaising on dates, costs, and content. Ensure smooth communication between L&D, HR, and other departments for training initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and new learning tools.
