Hospitality Supervisor with Restaurant experience

Join Our Team We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead and inspire our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in restaurants who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support daily front-of-house operations Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high service standards Ensure all guests receive outstanding hospitality from arrival to departure Assist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining health & safety standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service coordination Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Food & beverage knowledge and relevant certifications (e.g., food safety) are a plus What We Offer A supportive and collaborative work environment weekly pay (£14 + 12.07% = £15.69 per hour) Opportunities for career progression Staff meals and other employee perks Training and development programs Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
