Job OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead and inspire our front‑of‑house team in delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in restaurants who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support daily front‑of‑house operationsLead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high service standardsEnsure all guests receive outstanding hospitality from arrival to departureAssist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining health & safety standardsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional mannerWork closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service coordinationQualificationsProven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality settingStrong leadership and communication skillsHands‑on, customer‑focused attitude with attention to detailAbility to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectivelyFlexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredFood & beverage knowledge and relevant certifications (e.g., food safety) are a plusBenefits & CompensationWeekly pay (£14 + 12.07% = £15.69 per hour)Opportunities for career progressionStaff meals and other employee perksTraining and development programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
