Our purpose is to shape a better future and we offer a collaborative, inclusive team where you can grow your skills, explore new opportunities, and contribute from day one.About the RoleAs an apprentice you will complete a four‑year training contract, gaining hands‑on experience across the audit track in a dynamic client portfolio.Years 1 & 2Master the art of auditing: prepare audit documents using the latest software and methodologies.Build a deep understanding of financial statements – balance sheets, income statements and cash flows.Work side by side with clients, immersing yourself in diverse businesses to understand their operations, challenges, and unique circumstances.Build relationships with key stakeholders, both client‑side and internal, gathering information and establishing strong professional ties.Years 3 & 4Take on increasingly complex audit work – revenue recognition, valuation, risk assessments – and lead engagements. Mentor junior team members and transition into a permanent role within Forvis Mazars.Who We’re Looking ForOn track or obtained A‑level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications with strong academic performance.Deep curiosity, natural inquisitiveness and a willingness to learn new things.Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving and knowledge sharing skills.Commitment to self‑development and a sense of ownership.High levels of responsibility and drive to consistently improve.Respect for diversity, integrity and an inclusive outlook.Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure, and a positive “can‑do” attitude.Willingness to travel and embrace a flexible working environment.Learning and DevelopmentFull ACA funding, coaching, mentorship and blended training (in‑person and virtual).
