Deepen your understanding of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows). Work side by side with clients, immersing yourself in diverse businesses to understand their operations and challenges. Build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Years 3 And 4 Take on increasingly complex audit work such as revenue recognition, valuation and risk assessments, and lead audit engagements. Mentor junior team members and transition to a permanent employee role. Who we’re looking for On‑track with A-level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications, and strong academic performance. Deep curiosity, natural inquisitiveness and a desire to learn new things. Critical thinking skills, problem‑solving ability and a collaborative mindset.
