TeacherActive are proud to be working with a number of welcoming Primary and Secondary schools across Manchester who are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams on a full-time basis.

You will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and development, assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery, and providing one-to-one or small group support where needed.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:

A passion for education and supporting young people

The ability to engage, motivate, and inspire pupils of all abilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to making a difference

Desirable but not essential:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Teaching Assistant, or Early Years Education

Essential:

Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)

Experience of working in a UK mainstream school
