This role is pivotal in shaping the market positioning and go-to-market strategies of our products within the healthcare sector.What You\'ll DoMarket Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling messaging, value propositions, and positioning statements for Roda BI and other products.Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with product management and sales teams.Content Creation: Create high-quality content for marketing materials, including brochures, web content, case studies, and white papers.Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives to promote product features, benefits, and updates to target audiences.User Engagement: Develop user engagement strategies leveraging customer feedback and user data to enhance product offerings.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product management teams for seamless communication and alignment.RequirementsEssential Experience5+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS or technology companyStrong understanding of the healthcare market ideally in social careExcellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiencesAnalytical mindset - Experience in market research and analysisTechnical KnowledgeFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platformsExperience with systems Wordpress, Canva, Rocketlane, Tourial (or similar)Knowledge of product management methodologies and agile processes (preferred)Success IndicatorsProven ability to drive product adoption and engagement, cut through the noise and make a real impact.History of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, forward thinking at a strategic level.Experience in gathering and leveraging customer insights for product improvement with a commercial focus.A proactive, self-starting mindset you build from scratch and love what you do with autonomy.Someone who is agile, dynamic and has the knack to work to tight deadlines.Benefits£40,000 + year end performance bonus25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeCareer progression opportunities in a growing businessThe chance to shape and lead the sales strategy for a leading consultancyCollaborative culture where results and innovation are valued #J-18808-Ljbffr
