Repify is building the most effective GTM agency in the world - a hybrid of Cold Email + LinkedIn Outbound, Revenue Operations & Automation We help fast-growing B2B SaaS companies scale pipeline by combining data, systems, and experimentation. We’re currently sat at $40-50k MRR after starting 1 year ago, and we've helped: Juno grow from $20k → $350k MRR Skillfully generate $4m in pipeline revenue Alex Turnbull from Groove HQ grow his Zero to $10m course from $0 → $30k MRR + many more We’re a lean team of two founders (Cam & Joel) who’ve been building together since we were teenagers - experimenting, breaking stuff, and obsessing over client results. Now we’re looking for our third GTM Engineer to help us scale the machine, not just operate inside it. Responsibilities We aren’t just hiring a “list builder” or a “campaign operator.” We’re hiring someone who wants to engineer the GTM systems behind some of the fastest-growing SaaS companies. This role is high ownership, high leverage, and high upside. As a GTM Engineer, you will work at the intersection of: Strategy & Copy: Develop outbound angles, segmentation, and write/iterate email + LinkedIn messaging. Client Communication: Share updates, insights, and recommendations via Slack/Loom; join strategy calls when needed. Reporting: Own weekly performance reports and translate raw numbers into clear actions + next steps. List Building: Build high-quality lists using Clay, Apollo, Crunchbase, and custom sources. Clay Systems: Build/enrich/clean Clay tables and apply buying signals to define targeting. Campaign Ops: Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end, from testing to optimisation. Automation: Connect APIs and build workflows in n8n to streamline delivery. Deliverability: Maintain domains, warmup, routing, and sending infrastructure. Improvement: Suggest new experiments and help us refine systems as we scale. You'd Be a Fit If You think in systems, not tasks - and can turn messy GTM problems into clear processes. You can write: clean, concise outbound messaging and clear client communication. You enjoy strategy as much as execution - understanding ICPs, angles, and why campaigns convert. You’re comfortable speaking with clients and sharing insights, not just data. You can build accurate lists and Clay tables without hand-holding. You’ve used tools like Clay, n8n, HeyReach, Instantly, Email Bison or you learn new tools fast. You’re resourceful - when data is missing or tools break, you find another way. You thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where expectations are high and feedback is fast.
