We now have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill store located on Stratford High Street. This busy retail location offers high footfall and a vibrant shopping environment, making it an excellent setting for engaging with a diverse and loyal customer base. What’s in it for you? About the Role As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and motivated team, drive store performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience every day. We’re looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales: Motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets by fostering a performance‑led culture. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to company standards. Maximise Profitability: Implement local and company‑wide promotions and strategies to drive revenue and performance. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Create a welcoming and helpful environment for all customers, building lasting relationships. Team Development: Manage, train, and inspire your team, providing development opportunities and supporting individual growth.
