We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join the team providing business support to the network as part of the Facilities function. You can be based in either of our head offices, Nostell or Slough and this role is hybrid. The Role Responsible for ensuring supplies throughout the network such as stationery, copier paper, other office supplies and reordering when required. Support with managing franking machine and occasional Ireland postage requirements. Supporting our branch network by being the main point of contact for network suppliers and contractors e.g. stationery, cleaning contracts, reactive and planned maintenance. Manage the network car parking requirements for all offices where applicable. Responsible for taking calls from telephone overflow system, taking messages as required. Responsibility for requests coming into the helpdesk, sending holding emails through to resolution. On receipt of service reports from suppliers and subcontractors, record remedial work required and arrange to be completed and store relevant paperwork in share point branch file. Raising and processing all purchase orders for all Facilities Department related purchases as required. H&S Audit, collation of information, action plan and storing utility meter readings. Logging utility meter readings with utility suppliers. Supporting the wider team with property office clearances, openings, closures and relocations. Anything that is required that needs to be completed as requested. About You You’ll have experience, preferably within Facilities and have good administration and organisational skills. With a strong eye for detail you must also have solid communication skills to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
