You will be working on the newest and most incredible technologies primarily focusing on Software, Cloud and Software-as-a-service based solutions.**Our Benefits:*** Bonus Scheme* 24 days holiday increasing with service and we want you to take them .* Your Birthday off* Pay Care Scheme* Workplace Pension* Gym and café on site* Free parking* Beer fridge Friday and excellent social events* Supportive and engaging working environment, with opportunities for promotion and career development.******As a Technical Team Leader/Manager :*** **Leadership & Team Management*** Lead and mentor pre- and post-sales engineers to deliver high technical and customer standards.* Manage team resources, performance, and skills development.* Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture aligned with company goals.* **Pre-Sales Support*** Provide technical leadership in designing and presenting cybersecurity solutions.* Work with sales to understand needs and create tailored proposals.* Deliver demos, POCs, and workshops; maintain vendor technical alignment.* **Post-Sales Support*** Oversee solution deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.* Ensure timely issue resolution and manage escalations.* Drive partner enablement and customer adoption through training and support.* **Vendor & Partner Engagement*** Act as the main technical contact for vendors and partners.* Support certification, onboarding, and enablement initiatives.* Represent the company at vendor and industry events.******The ideal Technical Team Leader/Manager will:*** Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).* Experience in technical pre-/post-sales or solutions engineering, ideally in cybersecurity or IT distribution.* Leadership or team management experience preferred.* Strong knowledge of- Network, endpoint, cloud, and identity security (e.g., firewalls, EDR/XDR, SASE, IAM, MFA).* Familiarity with vendor technologies (e.g., CrowdStrike, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Abnormal Security).* Skilled at translating technical detail into business value.* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Good Luck * ### **Key Competencies*** Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.* Commercial and channel partner awareness.* Strategic, collaborative, and execution-focused.If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply Our people make all the difference in our success.
