OverviewA leading global multidisciplinary property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit a MRICS Valuation Surveyor to join their Bristol office, focusing on the Student Housing sector which is part of the wider Living team. This includes a broad range of residential-led assets such as student accommodation, build-to-rent, co-living, and other operational residential property types.The successful candidate will join a specialist valuation team with a national remit, working with high-profile clients, and will have the opportunity to travel to key university towns and cities across the UK.
