The professional services team of one of Britain's leading property consultancies is looking to add an efficient and qualified Valuation Surveyor to their Bristol team.

**The Valuation Surveyors role**

Working with an established data base of clients including developers, property companies, institutional and private investors, retailers, banks and local authorities. Managing all asset types and a broad variety of Valuation and Professional Services work.

You can be given the freedom to manage your own diary along with creating leads to identify new business opportunities as well as manage relationships with existing clients.

**The Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold**
- MRICS and Registered Valuer status
- Experience of working in a team in the South of the UK
- Knowledge of Commercial and mixed use sectors
- Experience completing Development Appraisals and Residual Valuations
- Knowledge of using Argus software
- Full and clean driving licence

**In Return?**
