Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our AWESOME Marketing Team As the Marketing Manager at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, you will support the development and implementation of innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns and activations that drive guest attendance, to achieve revenue targets and continuously enhance the guest experience whilst maximizing marketing ROI.

As part of our Merlin Global Marketing function you will work collaboratively with your network of teammates to deliver a clear and aligned marketing strategy that will engage and inspire our guests, and work in partnership with the brand standards and messaging of the beloved LEGO brand. The Marketing Manager will lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, traditional media, and experiential marketing, be responsible for creating marketing collateral and work closely with internal teams at LEGOLAND Windsor to ensure campaigns are implemented within relevant activation timeframes and, of course, within budget parameters.

As an experienced Marketing Manager you will be well versed in the understanding of guest behaviours, market trends and the importance of growing digital traffic, engagement and conversion, using data driven insights to inform your recommendations for continuous improvement.

  1. 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or retail sectors
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  4. Experience collaborating with different teams, and balancing priorities
  5. Good analytical abilities, using data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies
  6. Excellent stakeholder management
  7. Support in the management of marketing budgets, demonstrating marketing ROI. Some commercial understanding in particular the role marketing plays in business performance
  8. A passion for the entertainment and tourism industry, with a customer-first approach to marketing

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our AWESOME team on a 1-year fixed term contract at the UK's favourite children's theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
