What Will Put You Ahead: Knowledge of engineering principles and practices in the design and construction of municipal projects. Ability to operate engineering equipment needed for surveying such as a total station. Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
