Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and consistent brand standards. Support the Deputy Director of F&B in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial performance. Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets. Collaborate with culinary, events, and operational teams to enhance guest experience and drive innovative F&B initiatives. Work rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), requiring flexibility. Qualifications Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets within a luxury hotel environment. Strong background in team development, coaching, and performance management. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, manage budgets, and optimise cost efficiencies. Solid understanding of health & safety, food hygiene regulations, and operational compliance. Experience maintaining exceptional service standards and elevating guest satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
