About Us Our team includes GP partners, salaried GPs, clinical pharmacists, practice nurses, HCAs, a First Contact Physiotherapist and an in‑house counselling service. About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP who qualifies under the ARRS scheme (newly qualified within the last two years without a substantive post). This role provides the opportunity to work in a supportive team that prioritises patient care and wellbeing. Key Details 56 sessions per week (Thursday and Friday essential; flexibility for remaining sessions) Equal share of Docman, blood results and prescription requests Participation in on‑call rota Home visits Study leave 1 week pro‑rata What We Offer Supportive and approachable partners Dedicated admin and management support team Opportunities for professional development Excellent multidisciplinary team working High levels of patient satisfaction and QOF achievement Low turnover, stable and friendly practice environment Job Details Salary: £10,500 to £11,000 per session Contract: Permanent Working pattern: Part‑time Reference number: A4469-25-0006 Locations: 10 - 12 Middleton Hall Road, Kings Norton, B30 1BY; 5 The Square, Alvechurch, B48 7LA Job Responsibilities Deliver 56 GP sessions per week, with a mix of face- to-face and home visits. Manage Docman, blood results and prescription requests consistently and promptly. Participate in the practice on‑call rota. Engage in weekly multidisciplinary meetings to share cases and promote continued learning. Contribute to all aspects of practice life, including quality improvement and team development. Qualifications & Person Specification Registered GP with current UK professional registration. Newly qualified within the last 2 years and eligible for ARRS funding. Team player with a commitment to high‑quality, holistic patient care. Strong continuity, communication and compassion skills. Willingness to take on a range of responsibilities within the practice.
