In this role, you will resolve technical queries, define and scope highly technical proposals, and ensure the highest standards of technical knowledge management. Manage technical knowledge resources such as white papers, work instructions, and resolution databases. Review inspection reports and recommend actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Who you are Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent experience required. 5+ years experience in technical support, product development, or engineering roles within an applicable industry. Experience with CAD software and EDM/Enovia systems preferred. Familiarity with the broad range of lime, coke, iron and paper and pulp processing plants is advantageous. Process and application knowledge is a plus. Experience in technical documentation, knowledge management, and customer support preferred. Passionate and engaging, focused on improving operations and customer satisfaction. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
