International travel may be required, up to 15% of the year. In this role, you will resolve technical queries, define and scope highly technical proposals, and ensure the highest standards of technical knowledge management. You will also play a key role in responding to customer problems, developing technical training materials, participating in customer meetings and seminars, and supporting our Global Quotation Support (GQS) and Proposal teams. Provide first‑level support to Global Quotation Support (GQS), including documentation retrieval. Deliver customized technical solutions and clear value propositions for customer proposals. Manage technical knowledge resources such as white papers, work instructions, and resolution databases. Review inspection reports and recommend actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. Who you are Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent experience required. 5+ years experience in technical support, product development, or engineering roles within an applicable industry. Experience with CAD software and EDM/Enovia systems preferred. Familiarity with the broad range of lime, coke, iron and paper and pulp processing plants is advantageous. Process and application knowledge is a plus. Experience in technical documentation, knowledge management, and customer support preferred. Passionate and engaging, focused on improving operations and customer satisfaction. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
