IBA is a business function which sits between the technical delivery teams and our clients. IBA provides independent validation and assurance of Change through rigorous TSYS testing prior to it being made available to clients for their UAT. The objective of the IBA team is to deliver high-quality releases with minimal issues for both On-prem and modernization.
