A Vacancy at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. Within the Personality Disorder and Complex Needs Multi‑Disciplinary Team, we have an exciting post aimed at supporting some of our most complex patients across the trust. We are looking for a confident and experienced professional with a doctorate in clinical/counselling/forensic psychology, or equivalent qualifications in psychotherapy. The role will be a mixture of direct clinical work, consultation, training, trust‑wide MDT support and service development, and will involve shaping and delivering services to those with Personality Disorder and Complex Needs across the trust. You will hold responsibility for the clinical supervision and line management of other team members and will work closely with service leads. Our team and this role are part of the Personality Disorder and Complex Needs Pathway, which is part of the current and ongoing community services transformation in line with the NHS Long‑Term Plan. This means your responsibilities could evolve toward a more managerial and strategic direction over time. We will consider applications from experienced 8a clinicians who may be interested in developing their role. Benefits 27 days holiday, plus bank holidays, rising to 33 days after 10 years’ service.
