About You As an assistant at Ellis Guilford School, you will thrive in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and approachable manner. With strong IT skills and a flexible attitude, you are ready to contribute to the smooth running of our school and be a key part of our supportive team. Responsibilities Organise and maintain marketing and reprographics materials. Support the production of social media content, newsletters, and promotional items. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communications. Provide confidential and trustworthy handling of sensitive information. Apply resilience and problem‑solving skills to manage unexpected challenges. Requirements GCSE English and Maths at Grade C and above or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience of using social media platforms and IT.
