**Marketing Assistant**

**Salary of up to £22,000 with pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services**

Working closely alongside both Stratstone and Evans Halshaw Marketing Leaders and Head of OEM marketing, this role is integral to supporting the day to day running of the new car marketing functions. This is a dynamic, wide ranging role where you will be involved in assisting with various aspects of marketing activity and campaign development and delivery.

**What does the role of Marketing Assistant involve?**
- Understand and support Studio processes to be able to assist with artwork and video briefing requirements, including internal support documents for new and used sales teams.
- Assist Marketing team with proof reading assets prior to launch.
- Assist with general administration and maintenance of used car stock listing maintenance and set up, including set up and shut down (where necessary) of dealer accounts.
- Ensure any marketing activity produced is compliant with latest manufacturer brand and legal guidelines given.
- Gain understanding of Special Offer Management system and franchise offer structure to assist in offer updates as required.
- Assist in testing enquiry management process and implementing any necessary updates to help improve customer journey - checking used photography and listing quality.
- Assist with any ad-hoc project work within the Marketing team as required, including copy writing and data analysis.
- Undertake general administration for the Marketing team, including payroll submissions, annual leave logs, mileage and expense claim forms within monthly deadlines.
- Maintain up to date, logical online filing system to ensure reports and work can be accessed by Marketing team as required

- Problem solver - you’ll have determination to understand problems and help find resolutions to increase marketing performance
- Competent user in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
