They are dedicated to delivering truly person‑centred support and are growing. They are now recruiting an experienced Service Manager to lead three well‑established Supported Living services in Wembley. All services are located on the same street and each has a dedicated Deputy Manager, making this a fantastic opportunity to provide cohesive, impactful leadership. What You'll Do Lead and manage three Supported Living services in close proximity Support and supervise Deputy Managers and front‑line staff Ensure exceptional, person‑centred care tailored to individual needs Promote independence and quality of life for the people supported Oversee staff performance, training, and development Work collaboratively with the Operations Lead to enhance service quality Respond calmly, confidently, and professionally to challenging behaviour What We're Looking For Essential NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years experience managing a supported living or residential service At least 2 years supporting individuals with Autism Strong experience managing behaviours that challenge Manual UK Driving Licence (required for occasional vehicle use) Desirable Degree in Psychology or a related field What's on Offer £40,000 annual salary Performance‑related bonusesFlexible working hours (day, night & weekend shifts available) Casual dress code Employee referral programme Retail discount scheme Supportive, collaborative team culture Overtime opportunities Schedule 8‑hour shifts Flexitime options Night and weekend availability Eligibility Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. #J-18808-Ljbffr
